Directions

From I-405 San Diego Freeway, take CA-118 west toward Simi Valley for 5.3 miles. Take Tampa Ave exit 37 and turn left at Tampa Ave. Follow Tampa Avenue south for 1.1 miles and turn right on Devonshire Street. Follow Devonshire west for 0.8 miles and turn left at Oakdale Ave. Enter the campus at the third driveway on your left. Turn left at the gym and turn right just past the gym.Watch out for pedestrians as you pass between the gym and the cafeteria to the large parking lot behind the campus. Team checkin and the pit areas will be in the cafeteria. Opening and closing ceremonies and the robot performance competition will be in the gym.

This event is open to the general public and to the media.

A document with detailed tournament logistics will be distributed to teams about one week before the event.

The region has grown! We will be holding two Championship events the same weekend this year, one on Saturday and one on Sunday.

Teams must qualify for advancement by hosting or attending a Los Angeles Region FLL Qualifying Tournament. Qualifying Tournaments are scheduled in Pomona, Santa Maria, Hollywood, Canoga Park, La Canada, Camarillo, Manhattan Beach, San Gabriel and Lancaster between November 17 and December 2. Team preferences will be considered when assigning teams to Qualifying and Championship Tournaments. Approximately 28% of teams will advance to the Championship Tournament. Qualification will be based on the same weighted average of Robot Design, Project and Core Values rankings by judges used to determine the Champion's Award winners. Note: Teams that sign up for qualifying events or championship events in other regions are not eligible to sign up for qualifying events or championship events in the Los Angeles Region.
