Directions
From Ventura: Ventura Freeway 101 South to Lynn Road Exit, turn left, drive 2.9 miles. Lynn Road turns into Olsen Road, drive .9 miles. Turn left onto Campus Dr. - the Gilbert Athletic facility is next to Olsen Rd. between Campus Dr. and Mountclef Blvd. From LA: Ventura Freeway 101 North. Take Lynn Road Exit, turn right, drive 2.9 miles. Lynn Road turns into Olsen Road, drive .9 miles. Turn left onto Campus Dr. - the Gilbert Athletic facility is next to Olsen Rd. between Campus Dr. and Mountclef Blvd.

This event is open to the general public and to the media.
The event will be held in the "Arena", and the pit area will be in the Soliand Gym. Audience seating will be on bleachers, so guests planning to stay for the entire event may want to bring seat cushions.
Each team’s four performance rounds will be spaced 40-60 minutes apart. The three judging sessions (Project, Robot Design and Core Values) will be scheduled before, between or concurrent with the performance rounds. Teams may go directly from one activity to the next.
Lunch (pizza, sandwiches, etc.) and snacks will be available for purchase. A separate luncheon will be provided for tournament volunteers, judges and referees.
A document with detailed tournament logistics will be distributed to teams and posted on the website shortly after registration closes.
