2012 Event Registration for Workshops and Tournaments

Step 1. Select the Event(s) Your Team Wants To Attend

  • You can find a list of Workshops for the current year in the tab on the right: - 2012 Workshops.
  • You can find a list of Tournaments for the current year in the tab on the right: - 2012 Tournaments.
  • Additional information about many confirmed events will be available in the tabs on the right.
  • Registraton for Tournaments opens October 1 and closes October 15, 2012.

Step 2. Coach or Co-Coach Applies for Event

2A. Events Other Than Practice Tournaments and Qualifying Tournaments

  • Log in to the FLL Team Registration and Events (TRE) System: https://gofll.usfirst.org/.
  • Click on the Events tab.
  • Select “California – Los Angeles” in the Region field.
  • Click on the Search events button.
  • Click on the name of the event that interests you.
  • Click on the Apply for the event button.
  • Select your team from the drop down menu.
  • Click on the Next step button.
  • Answer any questions from the Event Coordinator.
  • Click on the Apply button.

Note: Successful event registration using TRE requires that all coach profile fields and all team information fields be filled in. If registration fails, check for blank fields on the Edit Profile page or on the Edit Team page.

2B. Practice Tournaments (PTs)

  • Open the 2012 LAR FLL PT Registration Form on Google Docs. No login is required.
  • If you are correcting a previous submission, check the Correction box.
  • Enter your Team Information.
  • Enter the Number of PTs your team would like to attend (up to 3)
  • Enter your team's PT Preferences, with 1 being your first choice PT and 3 being your last choice PT.
  • Enter contact information if your team can provide Event, Setup and/or Breakdown Volunteers.
  • Click on the Submit button
  • Wait until your PT registration is confirmed before paying the registration fee

2C. Qualifying Tournaments (QTs)

  • Open the 2012 LAR FLL QT Registration Form on Google Docs. No login is required.
  • If you are correcting a previous submission, check the Correction box.
  • Enter your Team Information.
  • Enter any Constraints that limit your choice of QTs.
  • Enter your team's QT Preferences, with 1 being your first choice PT and 10 being your last choice PT.
    • Teams that provide fewer than three choices will have all unmarked choices weighted equally as their next choices unless their constraints clearly justify their restricted choices.
  • Enter contact information if your team can provide Event, Setup and/or Breakdown Volunteers.
  • Click on the Submit button
  • Pay the $60.00 Qualifying Tournament Registration Fee by October 15, 2012.
