2013 Tournament Registration Fee Payments

Payment of Practice Tournament (PT) Registration Fees

The payment instructions for PTs will be provided when your registration is confirmed by the Event Coordinator.

Payment of Qualifying Tournament (QT) Registration Fees

Teams should not wait until their QT registration is confirmed to pay the $65.00 QT registration fee. QT registration fee payments are due October 14, 2013. After registration closes on October 14, teams that have paid the tournament registration fee will be matched to events based on their event choices, with priority being given to teams hosting events but not attending their own events and to teams with limited choices because of religious restrictions, etc. The order of payment, travel distance, and the order of registration will also be considered for events that are oversubscribed.

Teams supported by Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles (GSGLA) and by Pleasant Valley Education Foundation (PVEF) will have their QT registration fees prepaid directly by those organizations.

Other teams will need to pay the $65.00 QT registration fee. Payments can be made either by electronic check via Chase Person-to-Person QuickPay (preferred), by paper check, or by Credit Card (via PayPal). You do not need a Chase bank account to pay via electronic check and you do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card. Payment of Regional Championship Tournament (CT) Registration Fees

Teams that advance from a QT to a CT need to pay the $75.00 CT registration fee. CT registration fee payments are due by Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 5:00 PM Pacific. Alternates should wait until they are invited to fill a vacant position at a CT before they pay the CT registration fee.

Teams supported by Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles (GSGLA) and by Pleasant Valley Education Foundation (PVEF) will have their CT registration fees paid directly by those organizations.

Other teams will need to pay the $75.00 CT registration fee. Payments can be made either by electronic check via Chase Person-to-Person QuickPay (preferred), by paper check, or by Credit Card (via PayPal). You do not need a Chase bank account to pay via electronic check and you do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card.

Pay by Electronic Check

Paying by electronic check is generally more convenient than writing a paper check. You can use Chase Person-to-Person QuickPay (https://www.chase.com/qp) to send payments from any bank account to SCRRF@LARobotics.org. You do not need a Chase account to pay via Chase QuickPay. There are no transaction fees for using this option. Please include your Team Number(s) on the memo line of your electronic check.

Pay by Paper Check

To pay by paper check, bring a check for the registration fee payable to "Los Angeles Robotics" to the event or mail it to:

Pay by Credit Card via PayPal

Payments can be made by credit card by using the PayPal Pay Now buttons below. PayPal charges Los Angeles Robotics a transaction fee for each payment (2.7% + $0.30). Teams have the option of paying the Registration Fee only or the Registration Fee plus the PayPal transaction fee.
