Exit 405 (San Diego) Freeway at Inglewood Ave. From northbound, turn left, from southbound, turn right (south) 0.3 mile to Manhattan Beach Blvd. Turn right (west) 1.2 miles to Redondo Ave (not Redondo Beach Ave!). Turn right (north) 0.1 mile to the school on your left. Park on the volleyball courts, in the staff parking lots, or on the street. Those parking on the courts should be careful not to block other vehicles and to stay clear of the volleyball nets and poles.

Additional Information

This event is open to the general public and to the media. The event will be held in the gymnasium, and the pit area will be in the adjacent multipurpose room. Audience seating will be on wooden bleachers. Guests planning to stay for the entire event may want to bring seat cushions. This event has an initial capacity of 24 teams. If more capacity is needed, we could split this event into morning and afternoon events of 24 teams each. Each team’s four performance rounds will be spaced 40-60 minutes apart. The three judging sessions (Project, Robot Design and Teamwork) will be scheduled before or between the performance rounds. Teams will often go directly from one activity to the next. Lunch (pizza, sandwiches, etc.) and snacks will be available for purchase. A separate luncheon will be provided for tournament volunteers, judges and referees. A document with detailed tournament logistics will be distributed to teams and posted on the website shortly after registration closes.

Tournament registraton fee payments are due two weeks after your tournament registration is approved. If payment is not received by the due date, your slot may be offered to another team on the WaitList. Payments will be refunded if the event is canceled by the Event Coordinator or if your team withdraws from the event more than 7 days before the start of the event.
