From the south: Take the Interstate 5 Freeway north. Exit Magic Mountain Parkway. Turn left at the traffic signal at the bottom of the exit ramp going under the Freeway overpass. Proceed along Magic Mountain Parkway to the parking toll booths and the Park entrances. From the North: Take the Interstate 5 Freeway south. Exit Magic Mountain Parkway. Placerita Robotics is proud to bring you the 7th Annual Santa Clarita Valley FLL Tournament. We are again partnering with Six Flags Magic Mountain for a day of fun and excitement. This year, we are hosting three events concurrently. The first one will be a qualifier for teams that wish to advance to the Los Angeles Region Championship Tournament. The second one will be a local tournament for teams all over Southern and Central California who wish to practice for an upcoming tournament. The third one will be this Jr.FLL exposition. We are expecting over 1000 people to attend the three events.
This expo will allow Jr.FLL teams to display their projects outside the FLL tournament arena. Projects will be reviewed by a panel of judges and these teams will be recognized at the Awards Ceremony.
Tickets for participants and spectators cost $24. We will also be selling meal deal coupons for $9. Parking cost $15 per car so we encourage carpooling. This event will begin at 11:00 AM and end at 6:30 PM. There will be time within the event and after to enjoy the park itself. Six Flags Magic Mountain is open from 10:30 AM until 8:00 PM that day.
